Adobe XD is the prototyping tool that is mostly used by UI/UX Designers. Its features are used to create wireframes, prototypes, and screen designs for digital products such as websites and mobile apps.

Here are some shortcuts that will help you and save your time while designing in this software:

  1. To move the canvas properly you have to press the space bar and then your cursor will turn into a hand icon, and you will be able to move and drag your whole artboard.
  2. To zoom in and out you will have to use the zoom tool or just use the shortcut pressing Z on your keyboard. Once you have the tool selected, you can simply zoom in just by clicking, and holding the alt key you can zoom out.
  3. To move the elements from top to bottom, or from the bottom to the top, you should simply select the object and by holding the shift key on your keyboard, you can move your object up and down while your vertical position will not change. The same thing will be if you want to move the object from left to the right or from right to the left. You will simply hold the shift key, and move your object while your horizontal position will not change.
  4. The shortcuts for shapes that you will use all the time are similar as in the other tools: R - rectangle, E - elipse, T - text tool.
